COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

You are solely responsible for your use of Content, including any images, graphics, text, or other materials you incorporate into your Products. You agree not to include any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or any copyrighted work of any third party in your Products without obtaining the necessary permissions from the owners. You guarantee that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, and will not defame any third party. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you possess all necessary permissions, rights, and authority to place the order, and you authorize Custom Pack Boxes to produce the Products on your behalf. 

CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the Content you submit, including any images, graphics, text, or other materials you include in your Products. You agree not to include any third-party material without proper authorization. You warrant that your Products do not infringe upon any rights of third parties. By placing an order on this website, you affirm that you have all necessary permissions, rights, and authority.

You acknowledge that all Content is the sole responsibility of the person who created it. Thus, you are accountable for all Content you submit, upload, or transmit via the website. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You will not use the website to upload or transmit any unlawful material or Content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights. Custom Pack Boxes does not monitor Customer Content and is not responsible for its accuracy, integrity, or quality.

You agree to protect your password and control access to your registered account. You will be liable for all orders placed or actions taken under your account. By ordering through your account, you grant Custom Pack Boxes the worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the Content on the website and printed Products for processing orders.

Custom Pack Boxes reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Custom Pack Boxes may retain Content and disclose it as required by law. 

DESIGN FILES

Custom Pack Boxes will provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). For higher resolution files, please contact support@custompackboxes.com for a quote. 

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

All artwork or designs must be submitted in CMYK format and at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Custom Pack Boxes is not responsible for color changes that occur during conversions from RGB to CMYK. We are also not liable for images that are printed fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork. 

PROOFING & MATCHING

All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. After placing an order, final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet will be emailed to customers. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details and confirm that their requirements are accurately noted. Custom Pack Boxes is not liable for any specifications beyond what is in the final specification sheet. Customers must review the final artwork proof, as proofreading is their responsibility.

Custom Pack Boxes is not liable for color matching on approved proofs. We will strive to match gradient density in duo-tone but are not responsible for the final appearance unless a color match proof is requested. 

MATERIALS

Please note that the paper/card stock used for our products is not food grade. If you have specific food-grade requirements, please inform us before placing your order. 

CUSTOMER APPROVAL RESPONSIBILITY

Custom Pack Boxes is NOT LIABLE for errors in printed products due to the following: 

•       Graphics Orientation or Placement
•       Incorrect Font Usage
•       Spelling, Grammatical, and Punctuation Errors
•       Incorrect Die Cuts, Slits, or Missing Folds
•       Finished Product Size

COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS

Custom Pack Boxes will replicate colors from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee color match and density due to printing process limitations. We assure color reproduction will be within 90% of the approved proof. Custom Pack Boxes guarantees color reproduction only if you opt for a hardcopy proof. 

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and defend Custom Pack Boxes and all parties from whom Custom Pack Boxes has licensed Content against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or any third-party material incorporated into your Products. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Custom Pack Boxes will cancel your order before printing/shipping. If your item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Orders can be canceled during various production stages, but cancellation charges will apply.

All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If canceled in stage 1, a charge of $15 plus 5% of the total amount will apply. For stage 2 cancellations, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted. Once an order reaches stage 3, cancellation is not guaranteed, and a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted for cancellation. Stage 4 orders are non-cancellable. 

DESIGN ORDERS

No refunds are issued for any design services orders once an order has been successfully placed. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All orders are unique, and all sales are final. If we verify an error, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued. 

RE-PRINTS

Customers must notify Custom Pack Boxes within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items. We will not be responsible for claims not filed within this timeframe.

To receive replacements, customers must return at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of delivery at their own expense. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization.

Charges related to expedited printing are NOT REFUNDABLE, including orders returned for any reason. 

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Custom Pack Boxes offers various shipping options: 

• Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST; otherwise, one business day will be added to shipping times.
• Custom Pack Boxes will strive to print and ship orders promptly. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delays in production or delivery.
• All customers agree not to hold Custom Pack Boxes liable for delays due to technical issues, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

Customers must inspect all packages for visible damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Claims must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Custom Pack Boxes is not responsible for third-party shipping errors.

We may ship with a few extra pieces to accommodate printing standards, allowing for underages or overages of up to 5%. If exact quantities are critical, customers should order 10% more. 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty. You acknowledge that the operation of the site may not be uninterrupted or error-free. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Custom Pack Boxes or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or failure to provide products or services you order from Custom Pack Boxes.
